Join us as a dynamic Clinical Process Engineer to revolutionize our processes and build out workflows for our team of medical imaging analysts. In this pivotal role, you'll develop key operational metrics, design seamless workflows, and foster team and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work hand-in-hand with our talented analysts, as well as our Clinical QA, SQA, and Product Management teams, to propel our clinical operations to new heights as we rapidly scale and commercialize. ***This is a hybrid role based out of our office in downtown Boston, MA *** 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scaling Delivery: Develop scalable internal processes that enable our analyst team to deliver results to clinicians with high quality and efficiency for increasing customer volume as we grow.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Identify, research, and implement process improvements for the analyst team to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.   
  • Performance Metrics: Establish operational measures of success and set achievable goals to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Collaboration: 
    • Work directly with our team of analysts in clinical operations to understand their needs and improve their workflows. 
    • Collaborate with the Clinical QA, SQA and Product Management teams to develop processes, case lists, and handoffs for analysts. 
    • Ensure seamless integration and interaction with other teams. 
  • Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor and audit the entire imaging process, from supply through delivery, to ensure compliance and quality of a regulated environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of processes, improvements, and performance metrics.
  • Training: Provide training and support to team members on new processes and technologies. 
Skills and Qualifications: 
  • 5-7 years of experience in process engineering or a process optimization role.
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma experience.
  • Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency within a clinical setting or medical device manufacturing, or with lean operations for software products or within a healthcare/hospital setting is preferred.
  • Bonus: Experience with medical software, SaaS products, medical imaging or medical devices. 
  • Strong eye for optimization and a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and compliance.
Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.

Boston-area employees are strongly encouraged to be in-person on Mondays and Wednesdays, with the option to come in as many days as they’d like. Fully remote employees, who live outside the greater Boston area, come in as needed.
